Orders are shipped in PLAIN boxes with "PPCB" as sender. Most orders are shipped by UPS ground, except for PO BOX addresses, in which case we use USPS.

Returns and Credits

Within 30 days from the date of your purchase.
All returned merchandise must be unused and in original packaging.
Only price of merchandise is refunded, not shipping for products which are not defective or customer is not pleased with.
Customer pays for shipping back for unwanted merchandise.
We will pay for shipping for replacement.
There will be a restocking fee on all undefective shoe returns or exchanges.

Vibrator Testing

We will test all vibrators before they are shipped, to insure that they are in good working order. If you do not want the vibrators tested before we ship, please let us know in the shipping instructions. Otherwise we will test all vibrators before they go out.
